This morning I prepared to jogging around Dong Thap University.
I was wearing UHO Early Childhood Education student union class of 2016 in pink, also paired with pants and hijab whose the color is not really different from my clothes, hehehe.
I also didn't forget to wear my favorite shoes, which are light gray with a hint of pink and white.
Today, I still have time to take a walk around the Cao Lanh city,
because on Monday I had to go to school and observe. In the afternoon around 3 pm, some friends, buddies, and I traveled to one of the famous places in Cao Lanh, namely Nguyen Sinh Sac Relic.
Nguyen Sinh Sac Relic - Father of Ho Chi Minh President
Nguyen Sinh Sac relic site is a unique cultural architecture, ranked by the Ministry of Culture on 9/4/1992. Nguyen Sinh Sac relic site is located at 123/1 Pham Huu Lau Street, Ward 4, Cao Lanh City, Dong Thap Province. That is the monument to remember uncle Nguyen Sinh Sac, the patriotic scholar and father of President Ho Chi Minh.
He is an intelligent and a studious man. His parents died when he was young, then Nguyen Sinh Sac was adopted by Mr. Hoang Xuan Duong and had a verry good education there. After that, he went to Vinh to take exam. At the time, he was married to Hoang Thi Loan, she is the daughter of Hoang uncle. Then, he worked for the Nguyen. At the end of his life, he lived and worked as a tutor, taking medicine in Hoa An village, Dong Thap province.
The relic site of uncle Nguyen Sinh Sac was started in August 1975 and inaugurated in December 1977 with an area of 3.6 hectares. The relic is divided into three main areas, including the tomb of Nguyen Sinh Sac, Uncle Ho's stilt house and lotus pond.
The tomb turn to the east, roof styled lotus-like shape of the hand, on the roof of the statue of nine dragons, representing the provinces of the Mekong Delta always protect the tomb of patriotism.
The gravestone is marble, the base of the hexagonal stone, expanding to both sides and front. On the grave there is a pebble of Ngu Hanh Son, a day of fragrant smoke. Tombs have many kinds of ornamental plants, fruits and flowers especially 300 years old (left side).
In front of the tomb is a 5-pointed star shaped lotus flower, centered on a high-pitched white lotus, nearly 7 meters high, symbolizing the pure life and clear conscience of uncle Nguyen Sinh Sac. It's a symbol of Dong Thap.
After leave Nguyen tomb, visitors will visit the memorial site displaying many objects and materials related to his life and career, especially the time in Cao Lanh and the South area. Uncle Ho's floor was restored as the original stilts of Uncle Ho at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi. Here you can also feel and visualize the frugal life of Uncle, working corner, Uncle Ho's rest after work.
Every year, on October 27th lunar calendar, the people of neighboring areas gathered here to attend the anniversary of uncle Nguyen Sinh Sac in a solemn atmosphere, full of national identity, traditional expression "drink water, remember the source". Dong Thap province has decided to raise the vice-chairman Nguyen Sinh Sac to the provincial festival.
